Joe Pappas is a Client Technical Professional specializing in Business Process Management. Joe has been with IBM since 2003 and has over 11 years experience with IBM Business Process Management solutions.

Ryan Cox is a Client Technical Professional on the North America WebSphere SWAT Team. Ryan has been with IBM since 1999, specializing on application development on the WebSphere platform across the various WebSphere-based Portal, SOA, ESB, and BPM solutions.
