In August the Global WebSphere Community will be hosting a Developer's Choice webcast and we need your help deciding on the topic of discussion.  The suggestions for the webcast are in and we want to know which topic interests you most.  Please take a few moments to vote in our survey. This August, the GWC will host a special Developers’ Choice Webcast where you decide the topic. Is there a development topic you want to know more about? Post  your suggestion in our Developer’s Hot Topics Webcast Suggestions forum*. We’ll accept suggestions until June 15th, then we’ll have a poll for all GWC members to vote on their favorite topic.  We’ll then schedule a webcast in August devoted to the most popular choice.

Wow, we made a lot of announcements this week! 

XebiaLabs has a new whitepaper about automating your application deployment, we published the March edition of the Sphere Online Journal, we announced our March Monthly Focus: The Next Decade of BPM, and we launched the GWC Member Rewards Program.  I'll cover the details of these announcements in coming blog posts.

I want to focus this blog post on a great opportunity for our GWC community: Jerry Cuomo, one of the founding fathers of WebSphere, is holding our inaugural GWC Lab Chat series!
