I just heard about an Impact session I am very interested in checking out. While there are sesions on available technologoes, and sessions on best practives, and technical sessions on how-to topics, my favorite sessions are those where a real-life customer talks through the ways they've benefitted from an implementation.
On Monday there is a customer case study "How Technology is used for real-time compliance monitoring" (Session: BPB-3197) that promises to be valuable. If you're there, and you're interested check it out Monday, April 29, 12:00 PM - 12:45 PM in the Venetian - Marcello 4403 room.
See you there.
